"I used Jeff Luse for my kitchen renovation in October of 2007.
Jeff is not only professional but a real pleasure to do business with. At our initial meeting Jeff listened to everything that I wanted to do in the kitchen. He made a some suggestions and also went over what he thought would be smart to fix while the kitchen was gutted. We agreed to work together and the rest of the story is that I certainly made the right choice in the contractor I picked! This is how I would describe my experience with Jeff.
DEPENDABILITY: The kitchen was started and Jeff and his crew were there every day until the project was complete. The crew arrived approximately the same time every day and put in a full day of work. No down days with no one working!
WORK AREA: At the end of every work day the work area was cleaned up and all tools assembled in a neat manner. Although all kitchen renovations are "inconvenient", Jeff made the renovation as painless as possible.
METICULOUS CRAFTSMANSHIP: The craftsmanship was impeccable. No shortcuts to get the job done!
Last but not least, the work was completed in the time frame initially quoted.

In the summer of 2009 we started to interview contractors to renovate our kitchen. The decision was not an easy one. In August of 2009 I began a search to find the right contractor for my needs. I was looking for someone to take on the task to update the exterior of my parents home. This included a new roof, siding, windows and a new front porch. Since I live 500 miles away in NC, I needed a special person to meet the needs I was looking for and someone I could trust.
After interviewing 3 different contractors and receiving their estimates, I made a decision to go with Jeff from Luse Renovations. He had the patience, caring personality and reasonable prices I was looking for. Having never met Jeff personally I accepted his work proposal. We then began our journey of giving my parents home a much needed facelift!
Jeff and I corresponded mostly via e-mail with some occasional phone calls. At my request he sent updates and pictures of the progress via e-mail, because I am remote this was important. He always returned phone calls and or e-mails in a timely manner.
Jeff is a good listener and easy to work with. He is willing to make suggestions as needed but he is not pushy. I found Jeff to be hard working and dependable. He takes pride in attention to details. Often doing much of the work himself to be sure it was done right. His work ethics were superb! At the end of the day tools and equipment were picked up and left neatly! I never had to worry that my parents might trip or fall over a messy work area.
I highly recommend Jeff. I am so very pleased with the outcome of my parents home!! It made a dramatic difference. Jeff worked above and beyond my expectations! He restored new life into an old home. I will use Luse Renovations again and look forward to having our next project done by Jeff.
